  1. ORDER METHODS:

    You can order our products in three ways:

Find the products you are interested in through the search mechanisms or from the various thematic pages. Click on the link [Add to Cart] next to the product you are interested in, and it will be added to your electronic 'shopping cart'. Once you have finished your selections, click on the [Checkout] link located below the list of products in your cart, and you will proceed to a secure connection. 2. 2. SHIPPING METHODS:

  1. Shipment within Thessaloniki.

By picking up from the company's headquarters. By home delivery after transportation with our truck. Via courier.

  1. Shipment to the rest of Greece excluding Thessaloniki.

Through a transport company of your choice that you pay upon delivery (with your own charge for transportation expenses). Through a transport recommended by us if you are not aware of any. The transportation charge always burdens you. Via courier, only for the transport of small furniture.

  1. Shipment abroad (countries belonging to the European Union and countries outside the European Union).

Through a transport company of your choice that you pay upon delivery (with your own charge for transportation expenses).

  1. PRODUCT RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Money return in case of defective products. If the product you receive has a factory problem (not a defect caused by your use or lack of attention), then its return is possible:

either by replacing it with the same product, provided ONLY that the product is in its original condition and packaging (CHECK THE GOODS BEFORE DESTROYING THE PACKAGING), or by refunding the money you paid and our charge for transportation expenses. The return of the product must be done within one week (7 days). Returns for products delivered without any defects are not accepted.

Order Cancellation. To cancel an order, you must contact our company IMMEDIATELY at the above telephone numbers or at info@kallistonartdesign.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, THEN AND ONLY THEN can it be canceled. We do not accept cancellations for products that have already been delivered to your premises or even if their transportation has been scheduled. In case of cancellation, your money will be refunded or released, depending on the case.
